My concerns are mostly about what we are supposed to be doing because mostly we just got to hang out and talk with the kids. I am not exactly sure what we are suppose to be doing because when I ask I get different answers. Other than not being sure whats going on the first few times going to the center have been great. The kids seem to enjoy our presence. I have been interacting with a younger group of kids who seem like they need people to look up too. Some of the kids are really violent towards one another and they just need a person that they look up to to set examples. The past week was pretty fun. I taught a few kids a new game with just your hands an arms. They seemed to like it so it made me feel good. The funniest thing happened when the kids played kickball. Collin threw a ball and hit a kid in the head; the kid started crying. It was so sad. How could Collin do that? I am looking forward to getting to know more of the kids and hopping I can remember his or her names. I also hope we can set an example to get along well with others.
